Set up for the auction is at 1PM at the sale/show barn. Everyone is encouraged to come to help. Also, the auction time is 6:30 PM this year not 7PM as in the past so plan on being ready to go at 6:30.
Please take the time the next few days to thank the leaders and parents for their help and also Jolene Babbin and John Cregg. Without the volunteers that put in hours of work, there would not be a livestock program or sale.
The next meeting is Weds. Aug. 1st at 7PM in the Sale/show barn. Makert books are due then. The banquet is August 13th at the fairgrounds.
